Tools of communication in organization Introduction Organizations are made up of people and each person receives information and processes them in different ways, and it is important that in every organization we have different tools to communicate with each other, and we have to make it sure that every message is understood by everyone to have a better implementation. Communication is one of the key to an organization s success. So it is important to know how to have effective communication with employees. Small or big organization that uses this tool may realize greater productivity and profit as a result.
